ℹ️ Important Customs Information

 

  • All shipments are subject to duties and taxes except for specific visa holders (9G, 13G, 13A, 9D, 47A2, SRRV, EO 226) who are eligible for full tax exemption. Application for exemption must be submitted to the Department of Finance. Shipments must arrive within 90 days of the latest arrival date on the passport.

  • Diplomatic shipments are fully tax-exempt; exemptions must be requested via the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

  • Returning Philippine passport holders with a 13E Visa are subject to fees based on duration abroad:

    • Less than 5 years: Php 150,000/BL
    • More than 5 years: Php 250,000/BL
    • More than 10 years: Php 350,000/BL

  • All incoming shipments are 100% examined, including X-ray/scanning, except diplomatic shipments.

  • Air shipments: Duties paid directly, clearance takes 3–5 working days; airport storage charges apply from arrival.

  • Air shipments with tax exemption: Clearance approx. 10–15 working days after receiving complete documents.

  • LCL sea shipments: Duties paid directly, clearance 7–10 working days; with tax exemption, 8–12 working days.

  • FCL sea shipments: Duties paid directly, clearance 7–10 working days; with tax exemption, 10–15 working days.
